Terms of Use
Module R is strictly focused
on design intent, therefore
our documentation cannot be
used as a singular source of
information to resolve any
performance outcomes (such
as energy ratings etc).
Our documentation provides
information that seeks to
explain the assembly of
components for the desired
aesthetic and functional
outcomes suited to the given
design. As such, Module R
will bear no responsibility
for the completeness or
accuracy of our
documentation, regardless of
how it is being deployed by
the individuals or companies
who purchase our products or
whether any

Module R provides a suite of
tools which must be
considered a design
‘template’. As
such the information
contained therein is an
assembly of documentation
which seeks to communicate
various programmatic ideas
about building elements in
relation to their form,
colour and in some cases
thermal performance. The
integrity of the intended
functional or aesthetic
purpose, should be
maintained wherever possible
however dimensions are
somewhat nominal and
dependent upon final design
detail, such as structural
engineering.
Module R takes no
responsibility for the
representation of our
templated design, with
regards to the specific
outcomes that may be sort
for your project. You as the
customer take full
responsibility for the
representation of the
designs in terms of their
compliance and approval at
planning and building
approvals stages.
As part of the process of
seeking Development Approval
prior to construction, any
entity, natural person etc
who purchases our products
has the right to make
adjustments to the contents
of our documentation, under

changes (such as colours or
materials etc).
Any customer who purchases
our designs, be they a
novice or an expert, must
adhere to the
Development Approvals
processes within the
jurisdiction of their
relevant project location.
Constructed designs must
conform to the relevant
planning approvals and other
conditions as granted by any
such local governing
authorities.
Any owner, builder,
tradesperson company or
other entity must comply
with the rules and

Any / all references to
engineering within our
documents, including
structural engineering, if

Our designs are only part of
any building solution. Each
design requires a range of
additional expertise. The
skills of tradespeople and
other professionals must be
deployed in the
certification and
construction of any
resulting building works.
Module R’s
documentation must be read
in conjunction with all
relevant project
