Our company is primarily run by a highly experienced building designer who’s designed public buildings, multiple homes and been an industry practitioner for 20+ years.

We frequently hear from prospective clients that the cost of design (consultancy) is an expense they hadn’t budgeted for. In which case many people, including builders, who are interested in good design have difficulty procuring well designed buildings, so they recycle old designs and out of date practices.
